Return Policy: As long as the product is in new condition, Carol's will accept a return for one full year after we ship the product to you. Please return all original tags and packaging, as well as a short note explaining why you are returning the item. Unless the product is defective, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us. If you are exchanging the product for a different size, Carol's will pay for UPS Ground shipment of your new size back to you. We highly recommend that you insure the product when you ship it.
